Responsibilities

• Manage the home’s Sales & Marketing processes to meet budget targets and maximise revenue.
• Ensure sales targets and deadlines are met and brand standards are followed.
• Assist in answering general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers.
• Maintain and develop the pipeline of potential residents to maximise revenue.
• Develop new contacts and maintain regular relationships with key care influencers.
