Job summary

Artex is seeking a Client Insurance Executive to manage a portfolio of insurance and reinsurance clients, ensuring accurate processing of day-to-day programmes and strong client service.

You will prepare and review policy wordings, renewal reports, and board packs; monitor reinsurance recoveries; produce underwriting statistics and management information; and support colleagues across the team to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional, client-focused environment within insurance or reinsurance.
• Understanding of insurance and reinsurance administration processes.
• Ability to review information carefully and maintain accurate records.
• Confident in preparing reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client insurance and reinsurance portfolios.
• Prepare policy wordings, renewal reports, and board packs.
• Monitor reinsurance recoveries and liaise with reinsurers.
