Qualifications

• Accounting designation (CA/CPA/ACA/ACCA) required.
• 18+ months recent (re)insurance financial reporting or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP and insurance accounting standards.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and administrative services to a portfolio of insurance linked entities.
• Monitor client compliance with laws and regulations and escalate issues promptly.
• Draft management accounts and IFRS/GAAP financial statements.
• Coordinate and prepare regulatory filings.
• Liaise with client personnel and service providers; prepare meeting materials.
• Follow policies and assist with remedial actions for non-compliance.
• Contribute to strategic direction and internal system development.
• Engage in industry education and lead projects as assigned.
