Artex is seeking a Client Service Director to oversee a group of ACS insurance management clients and lead a team delivering client service and accounting operations. You’ll ensure top-tier service, mentor senior staff, and work with regulators to shape the insurance management landscape.

Strong (re)insurance experience, accounting credentials, and a proven leadership track record are essential for driving performance and sustaining client relationships across international lines.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in (re)insurance facing financial roles in industry or audit.
• CA/CPA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
• Proven track record managing teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and accountability for client insurance management services.
• Oversee accounting and operational service delivery for clients’ portfolios.
• Develop and administer ACS client service systems and procedures.
• Mentor Vice Presidents and Account Executives; drive performance and development.
• Engage with regulators and senior leaders to advance business relationships.
