Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Design Team Lead for our Tétris London operations. You will provide technical leadership across workplace design and Build projects, ensuring robust, compliant solutions and successful on-site delivery.

You will lead the design team from early design through tender, construction, and handover, coordinate with Design, Pre-Construction, and Commercial teams, manage design fees, and mentor staff to uphold high standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across Design & Build projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate design information and ensure buildable solutions.
• Experience with risk management and value engineering in design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across London workplace Design & Build projects.
• Coordinate design information from early design to construction and handover.
