Job summary

Crest Nicholson’s South West Division is seeking a multi-trades Customer Service Technician to carry out remedial works within dwellings, ensuring minimal disruption and inconvenience to the customer. This is a site-based role, requiring travel from home to development locations in the region.

You will coordinate with the Customer Services Manager, manage the appointment process, and ensure materials are available and works meet Crest Nicholson's quality standards.
