Job summary

Crest Nicholson is seeking a Technical Manager to lead building remediation and safety initiatives for residential projects across the UK. You will manage multiple remediation programs, coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a strong emphasis on value delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Technical Manager experience with a housebuilder.
Experience with a main contractor.
Building remediation or renovation experience.
Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants.
Strong commercial awareness.
Ability to communicate with legal representatives and residents.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
Knowledge of approvals, warranties and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead remediation lifecycle projects including investigations, scopes, and approvals.
Manage up to 5 concurrent remediation projects and report progress.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders; ensure regulatory compliance.
