Job summary

United Living Group is seeking a Planner to manage administrative and client liaison tasks across assigned projects, logging new jobs, coordinating validations, and ensuring data accuracy in Total Mobile.

You will handle resident communications, respond to client queries, generate letters, raise purchase orders, and attend client meetings, contributing to a fast-paced delivery service in a UK infrastructure context.

Qualifications

• Relevant Admin qualification or proven experience.
• Experience within a similar role.
• Strong experience of working within a fast moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service.
• Experience of working within a customer facing environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications (outlook; excel and word).
• Able to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issues.

Responsibilities

• Log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
• Resident contact to arrange Validation Surveys and Post Inspection Surveys.
• Allocating relevant job codes to Site Managers for Validation and Post Inspection surveys.
• Responding to Client queries regarding access to properties.
• Generate letters to Residents at various points of the job workflow.
• Monitor shared inbox if applicable to ensure targeted levels on emails requiring action are met.
• Provide Admin support to the Disrepairs Team.
• Raise purchase orders as instructed.
• Attend Client meetings as requested.
