Job summary

United Living Group is seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Manager with a civils or utilities background to support AMP8 framework activities in the UK. The role focuses on coordinating appointments, visits and completions while ensuring deadlines are met.

You will regularly contact clients and internal teams by email and telephone, manage stakeholder communications, and maintain accurate updates. Strong planning, organisation and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administration experience.
• Experience in a Planning role would be beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in a customer/3rd party liaison field.
• Understanding of and experience in Stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Previous Highways authority experience would be adventagious but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and monitor appointments, visits and completions to ensure deadlines and timescales.
• Liaising with the client and wider team.
• Ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates.
• Make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
