Reply, Inc. is seeking a client-facing paid media specialist in London to own day-to-day relationships and drive multi-channel campaigns.

You will plan, execute, and optimise PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic activity, manage budgets, and translate data into actionable recommendations across sport and automotive client accounts. Mentoring juniors and contributing to team growth are also expected.

Competenze

• 1.5–2 years hands-on experience managing paid media accounts across PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable with Excel formulas.
• Confident communicator and presenter, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise, manage multiple projects and improve workflows.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or developing junior team members.
• Proactive, curious and commercially minded, researching industry developments to grow accounts.
• Collaborative team player with strong internal/external relationships.
• Degree (2:1 or above) in science/business/marketing or equivalent internship background.

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their business.
• Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic) to meet targets.
• Manage budgets and channel splits, ensuring spend aligns with strategy.
