You will lead influencer and UGC campaigns, coordinate social calendars and ensure outputs meet client objectives, while tracking invoices and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in a client-facing account management role within a creative or social agency.
• Strong organisational skills and clear, confident communication.
• Fluent across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, with trend spotting.
• Experience leading influencer and UGC projects, including sourcing, briefing and rights management.
• Numerate and comfortable handling pricing, invoicing and budgets.
• Proactive team player with curiosity and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key client contact across multiple accounts, leading status calls and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Plan, coordinate and manage social-first campaigns and always-on content, including social calendars, copy and assets.
• Own influencer and UGC activity end-to-end: sourcing creators, briefing, approvals/rights and outputs.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery with studio and strategy teams, providing clear briefs and overseeing workflows.
• Track budgets, pricing, invoicing and supplier relationships to deliver work on time and on budget.
• Monitor social platforms and trends to feed proactive ideas and creative recommendations.
