• 2–4 years’ experience in a client-facing account management role within a creative or social agency.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with clear and confident communication skills.
• Deep interest in social media and creator culture – fluent across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and actively spotting trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key client contact across multiple accounts, leading status calls and aligning stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate and manage social-first campaigns and always-on content, including calendars, copy and assets.
• Own influencer and UGC activity end-to-end: sourcing creators, briefing, approvals and rights usage.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery with studio and strategy teams, providing briefs and overseeing workflows, budgets, invoicing and supplier relationships.
• Monitor social platforms and trends to feed creative recommendations and opportunities into client work.
• Prioritise tasks, delegate and flag when extra support is needed for smooth account operations.
• Contribute strategic thinking to enhance creative output and ensure bold, on-brand work.
