Job summary

Dovetail HRS is seeking an Internal Sales Support Executive for a full-time, permanent position based in Newbury. You will manage customer relationships, handle sales queries, and process orders to drive sales and support the team.

Key responsibilities include handling calls, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues while contributing to targets through proactive administrative support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a sales office.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships.
• Provide accurate product information and timely support to customers.
• Accurately process and manage customer orders from quotation to completion.
• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accuracy.
