Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to troubleshoot across software, server and integration layers.
• Experience with data migrations and data validation.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver installation, configuration and deployment of workplace software solutions.
• Troubleshoot during implementations and resolve issues.
• Perform data migrations and validate data integrity.
