Speedy Hire is seeking a Hire and Sales Coordinator in the Warrington area. You will manage customer hire enquiries, bookings and quotations while driving sales opportunities and ensuring smooth hire processes.

You will build strong relationships with customers, coordinate with depots and operations, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and solid IT skills are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, sales administration or hire desk.
• Excellent communication, able to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with commercial awareness.
• Confident in identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using customer management systems and processing orders.

Mansioni

• Manage customer hire enquiries, bookings, extensions and off-hires.
• Provide excellent service by phone, email, and internal systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote Speedy Hire services.
• Prepare quotations, process hire orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with depots, transport and operations for availability and deliveries.
• Follow up on quotations and enquiries to maximise conversions.
• Support retention by maintaining regular contact and anticipating future needs.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional hire products.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Support the team to achieve sales targets and service levels.
