Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a professional Security Receptionist to deliver a top-tier front-of-house experience while maintaining a secure environment. The role blends customer service, reception and security across multiple sites as required.

You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors, ensuring site access procedures are followed with a welcoming, professional approach. SIA Frontline Licence preferred, may be arranged in-house for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK required.
• Valid Frontline SIA Licence required or to be obtained in-house for the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable and approachable demeanor.
• Good administration and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and friendly welcome to staff, visitors and contractors.
• Manage visitor sign-in/out procedures and site security.
• Answer calls and perform general administrative duties.
• Coordinate bookings including meeting rooms and taxis.
• Manage access control and monitor CCTV; report security concerns.
