Job summary

Wilson James is seeking a Front of House Security Officer to help maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors at our London sites. The role involves greeting people, patrolling premises, monitoring access points and CCTV, and responding to alarms and incidents.

You will complete detailed reports, assist in evacuations, and adapt to varying client-site requirements. A current DS SIA Licence and proven security experience are essential; we value calm, proactive individuals who communicate

Qualifications

• Current DS SIA Licence.
• Proven experience in a security role.
• Strong observational skills to identify threats.
• Excellent communication with staff and visitors.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols.
• Respond to incidents and alarms promptly.
• Operate access control and CCTV procedures.
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Assist in emergencies, evacuations and first aid as needed.
• Adapt to client-site requirements and shifts.
• Work as part of a diverse team.
