Job summary

EQUANS is recruiting a Client Facing Project Manager to cover Manchester and North Wales on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive package including car or car allowance, bonus and benefits.

The successful candidate will manage FM project works from 35k to 1M, require site visits, and coordinate with developers, designers and subcontractors while ensuring CDM compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Client-facing project management experience is essential.
• MEP services knowledge is ideal.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Champion of CDM Regulations and Building Regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from scope to handover.
• Manage tenders and subcontractor returns.
• Liaise with stakeholders to define and document scope.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and building regs.
