Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Lifecycle Project Manager to oversee and drive a variety of facilities management projects in Morpeth. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget, while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role is on site for four days per week with one day from home, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Relevant Mechanical or Electrical qualifications.
• PRINCE2, PMP, NEBOSH, or IOSH qualifications.
• Proven experience in project management within the facilities management industry.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close FM projects in line with client requirements and organisational goals
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability within project execution
