Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Lifecycle Project Manager in Morpeth to oversee and drive FM projects from maintenance upgrades to refurbishments. The role is based on site for four days a week with one day at home.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, while upholding safety and compliance standards. A competitive salary of £50,000–£55,000 with 25 days leave, pension, private health, life insurance, and progression

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM projects from inception to delivery.
• Proven PM experience in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance.
• Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, NEBOSH, or IOSH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close FM projects in line with client requirements and organisational goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability within project execution.
