Qualifications

• Experience as Internal Account Manager, Helpdesk, or Facilities Management.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience with CAFM, CRM, or job management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative team player with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts and ensure accurate logging.
• Coordinate contractors, stores and clients to deliver works.
• Monitor job progress from start to finish and provide updates.
• Manage quotations, approvals, follow-on works and revisits.
• Attend client meetings and quarterly reviews when required.
• Support PPM scheduling and SLA performance.
• Identify process improvements and service enhancements.
