Ips Group is recruiting for a client-facing insurance professional to move into an Account Handler/Development role with genuine client ownership. You will inherit a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, renewals, and opportunities to grow premium income.

You'll join an established broking team and develop towards handling larger accounts and more complex risks as your confidence grows. Strong sales instincts and business-owner dialogue are essential.
