Job summary

Ravical, based in London and Ghent, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer BE to work on-site with clients, tailoring Ravical to their environments and serving as the technical bridge to Ravical’s teams.

You’ll integrate with modern and legacy systems, leverage the MCP factory to develop MCPs, and translate complex problems into reliable software with fast iteration and ownership, traveling across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend or full-stack experience with Python/TypeScript.
• Strong background integrating APIs, legacy platforms, and client ecosystems.
• Clear, proactive communicator who can manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Europe and work autonomously.
• Bonus: consulting or forward-deployed experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients, often on-site, to build and deploy Ravical tailored to their environments.
• Use and maintain our MCP factory to rapidly develop MCPs across a wide range of tools.
• Integrate with modern and legacy systems to be tool agnostic for Ravical.
• Act as the technical bridge between client teams and Ravical's engineering/product teams.
• Translate real-world problems into reliable software with fast iteration and high ownership.
