Job summary

Ravical in London and Ghent seeks an Accountancy AI Engineer to co-design and build AI workflows with accounting firms, turning practitioners into AI architects. You will develop and run the training program, create internal AI tools, and feed field learnings into the product roadmap.

You should have 3+ years of accounting experience, a track record of deploying AI workflows, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role offers ESOP and direct impact in advisory AI innovation.

What you’ll do

• Co-design, build, and maintain AI workflows side by side with key users at accounting firms, sitting next to them and building together
• Develop and run the training programme that turns accountants and key users into their firm's internal AI architect
• Build internal AI tools that make your own work faster and more repeatable
• Feed everything you learn in the field (workflows, workarounds, recurring patterns) directly into Ravical's product roadmap

Who you are

• An accountant with 3+ years of experience who knows how the work really gets done, and is frustrated by how slow and manual it still is
• You've already built AI workflows for your own accounting or advisory work: real prompts, automations, or agents you made yourself, not tools you were handed
• You've driven a change at your firm that stuck (a tool, a process, a way of working colleagues still use today) and you know how to get resistant colleagues over the line
• Comfortable walking into a firm without a playbook and creating value within the first two hours
• Bias toward action: your answers end in things you shipped, not methodologies
• Fluent in Dutch and English
