Job summary

Ravical, an advisory AI-first company, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build AI-driven products for SME advisory services. You will develop context-aware systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including founders, to deliver scalable capabilities.

You'll work on integrating client data, exploring state-of-the-art AI technologies, and ensuring privacy standards while moving quickly in a dynamic environment in London and Ghent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• Strong Python skills; TypeScript preferred.
• Experience with large language models or generative AI.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

Who you are

You have

3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and strong academic background

Strong programming skills in Python and preferably experience with Typescript

Experience with large language models, generative AI or agentic frameworks.

An innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
