Job summary

Enablis in Leeds is seeking a Delivery Lead to own delivery of client projects and bridge to central teams. The role ranges from hands-on ownership of a single project to leading multiple workstreams as needed.

The right candidate will be an expert in agile methods, capable of fitting into traditional project structures, adept at stakeholder management, and able to drive governance and value in complex commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of agile principles and frameworks.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean/Startup.
• Capable of running standard ceremonies: standups, planning, review, retrospective.
• Awareness of SLDC techniques like BDD and three amigos.
• Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Clear, concise documentation.
• Commercial and political awareness.
• Ability to manage risk and identify opportunities.
• Willing to embrace complexity and uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of client projects and oversee project outcomes.
• Depending on scale, lead a single project or multiple workstreams.

• Contribute to governance to oversee the customer base.
