Job summary

Zealous Agency in Leeds is seeking a Delivery Lead to own and elevate agile delivery across its squads and to drive their agile transformation. This is a senior leadership role focused on setting delivery standards, coaching project managers, and embedding agile practices across teams.

You will define processes, monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders while overseeing delivery tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading agile delivery across multiple teams in an agency or consultancy.
• Proven track record of line-managing, coaching, and developing people.
• Strong expertise in risk management, delivery planning, and systems stack oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve agile processes, cadence, ceremonies, and playbooks.
• Coach, mentor, and line-manage project managers across cross-functional squads.
• Own delivery tooling and process automation.
• Manage RAID, track delivery metrics, and report progress to key stakeholders.
