Job summary

Zealous Agency in Leeds is seeking a Delivery Lead to own and elevate agile delivery across its squads and to drive their agile transformation. This is a senior leadership role focused on setting delivery standards, coaching project managers, and embedding agile practices across teams.

You will define processes, monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders while overseeing delivery tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading agile delivery across multiple teams in an agency or consultancy.
• Proven track record of line-managing, coaching, and developing people.
• Strong expertise in risk management, delivery planning, and systems stack oversight.

About the Role

A leading tech for good company is looking for a Delivery Lead to own and elevate agile delivery across its squads and to lead on their agile transformation.

This is a senior, leadership role focused on setting delivery standards, coaching project managers, and embedding agile methodology across the teams. Success is measured by how effectively the squads deliver and the successful implementation of the latest agile methodologies.

What You'll Do

• Manage RAID, track delivery metrics, and report progress to key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Significant experience leading agile delivery across multiple teams within an agency or consultancy.


• Proven track record of line-managing, coaching, and developing people


• Strong expertise in risk management, delivery planning, and systems stack oversight.


• Any public sector experience


• Up to £65k salary + annual performance bonus


• 30 days holiday
