Why Does This Role Matter?

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Experience Partner to ensure our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. You will manage client inquiries, address concerns, and navigate compliance issues, focusing on service excellence, operational support, and adherence to HR and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be the main contact for assigned clients, providing high-quality support and resolution.
  2. Build strong, trust-based client relationships.
  3. Handle complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring swift resolution.
  4. Advise clients on HR and employment compliance related to EOR services, utilizing internal resources, AI tools, and global experts.
  5. Manage complex compliance issues, collaborating with stakeholders and legal experts.
  6. Maintain expertise in global compliance standards and EOR best practices.
  7. Track and report client feedback and support metrics for improvement.
  8. Keep accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
  9. Contribute to improving support processes and knowledge bases.
What We're Looking For
  1. Experience in customer support, client services, or account management, preferably in HR/Compliance.
  2. Experience managing sensitive relationships and resolving complex issues.
  3. Excellent communication skills, accountability, and service focus.
  4. Willingness to learn about global employment regulations and compliance frameworks.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  6. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency with CRM and support tools.
  8. Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
