Position Overview

The role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences to Elite clients, aiming to retain and grow our high-value customer base across EMEA. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure every client touchpoint is flawless. Reporting to the Client Experience & Development Manager, you will execute the Elite program, including events, experiences, and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with the Client Development Associate to support client growth through seasonal gifting and retail initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and research-oriented, continuously seeking to enhance our service offerings.

Client Engagement & Experience

  • Partner with the Senior Associate to develop the Elite experience program to increase trade-ups, acquire new HNW clients, and retain existing ones, focusing on performance outcomes.
  • Execute the Elite experience program seamlessly to nurture top-tier VICs, including Ralph Lauren lifestyle moments, bespoke experiences, and in-store activations.
  • Create client engagement roadmaps, requirements, and key objectives in collaboration with the Senior Associate.
  • Develop detailed guidelines and training tools to ensure smooth project execution, managing budgets effectively.

Client Gifting & Treatments

  • Work closely with the Senior Associate to refine the Elite Experience Program, emphasizing client trade-ups, acquisition of new high-net-worth individuals, and retention of valuable clients.
  • Ensure flawless delivery of client experiences through tailored engagements and immersive in-store activations.
  • Jointly create comprehensive client engagement strategies, outlining key objectives and deliverables.
  • Design engaging guidelines and training materials for program rollout, maintaining budget and operational oversight.

Team Organisation & Management

  • Prepare reports on clienteling initiatives' outcomes and insights.
  • Develop presentations to communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for events and experiences.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with financial processes.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Proven experience in clienteling, preferably within luxury retail or client engagement roles.
  • Deep understanding of high-end service standards and luxury customer experience.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative thinker.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
