Job summary

Home Instead Castleford and Selby is seeking a Client Experience Lead to manage the ongoing needs of clients, lead the Client Experience team and ensure care is safe, responsive and tailored to each individual. You will build trusted relationships with clients, families and professionals across the local community.

The role reports to the Head of Client Experience and may involve on-call duty. A full driving licence and access to suitable transport for client visits within the territory are

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector, including the delivery of personal care services.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of medication processes, including MAR sheets.
• A strong understanding of relevant health and social care legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate their ongoing care and support.
• Complete consultations, assessments, care plans, reviews and associated client documentation.
• Lead, support and develop the Client Experience team, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
• Carry out Care Professional supervisions, appraisals, support visits and competency assessments.
• Maintain accurate records and support the effective use of care management systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Support quality assurance, auditing and continuous improvement activity.
• Deputise for the Head of Client Experience and participate in the on-call rota when required.
