Job Description: Client Executive at Marsh

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Liverpool. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

• An experienced Client Executive with a Property-Casualty insurance background?
• Interested in building relationships with a broad spectrum of clients, including multinationals?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and grow profitable relationships with large, complex, and multinational clients.
2. Identify and strategize clients’ risk management, financing, and insurance needs.
3. Lead insurance program design activities and approve proposals.
4. Negotiate fees and produce budget proposals.
5. Build relationships with prospective clients to achieve new business targets.
6. Deliver presentations both in-office and on client sites.
7. Respond to client needs to enhance their experience.
8. Stay informed about market conditions to develop your professional career.

Minimum Requirements:

• Significant experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiating and influencing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Existing market relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience dealing with large clients.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly.
• CII qualifications.
