Job summary

Nuaire, part of the Genuit Group, seeks a Booking On Administrator (FTC) in Caerphilly to process customer enquiries and provide accurate project details for quotes. This 3-month FTC runs Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-4pm, onsite, to keep tender processes on track.

You will enter information into our system, coordinate with estimating teams, manage the email inbox, and liaise with internal and external colleagues to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Strong organisation and time management abilities.
• IT confident with MS Word/Excel or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming enquiries and enter onto the system for quotes.
• Ensure key information is captured for correct customer, project and consultant details.
• Liaise with internal/external teams to prioritise workload and deadlines.
• Manage email inbox and outbound calls to confirm tender dates.
• Allocate work to the correct business streams for estimating.
