Connect Legal Partners is seeking an office-based role to handle incoming client enquiries by phone and email, qualify needs, and book meetings with the right lawyer. You will keep the CRM accurate and work closely with the legal teams to improve the enquiry process.

You will support client onboarding and enquiry handling, with holiday, pension, healthcare and wellbeing benefits and flexible working. This role offers a positive path for developing business development skills in a law firm

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in a client-facing or business development role.
• Clear communication and good IT skills including Microsoft Office and a CRM.
• Experience in a law firm is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming enquiries from new clients by phone and email.
• Assess client needs and book them in with the right lawyer.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with the legal teams and help improve the enquiry process.
