Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and grow the influencer division and pursue new business opportunities.
2. Create and implement a global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client objectives.
3. Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
4. Establish relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
5. Define success metrics and oversee reporting, ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
6. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables.
7. Stay informed about cultural trends, platform updates, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent.
