Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the influencer division and new business opportunities
• Create and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client objectives
• Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers
• Establish relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers
• Define success metrics, report, and track ROI, engagement, and brand impact
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables
• Stay updated on cultural trends, platform changes, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent
