• Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
• Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
• Define success metrics and lead reporting on ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables.
• Stay informed about cultural trends, platform updates, and shifts in the creator economy.
• Drive new business development and growth of the influencer division.
