Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals
• Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers
• Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers
• Define success metrics and lead reporting on ROI, engagement, and brand impact
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables
• Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent
• Drive new business development and growth of the influencer division
