Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
2. Build and lead a high-performing team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
3. Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
4. Define success metrics and lead reporting, tracking ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
5. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables.
6. Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent.
7. Drive new business development and growth of the influencer division.
