Job summary

ServiceNow in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Client Director to drive business within our largest accounts. You will oversee executive relationships and lead cross-functional teams—Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services.

You will build multi-tier strategies, grow global accounts, and ensure delivery of licenses, renewals and professional services while hitting financial targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client management.
• 5+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales experience and executive relations.
• Experience selling IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management solutions.
• Experience exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team.
• Understanding broad IT needs for a prospective client.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, serving as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on each customer's strategic outcomes while leading large virtual teams.
• Oversee growth of global accounts and deployment of worldwide resources.
• Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships from project teams to CxO level.
• Develop a clear roadmap and capabilities across clients and ServiceNow teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services.
