Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a high-impact Client Director to drive new business within our largest existing accounts. You will manage executive relationships and lead cross-functional, virtual teams to deliver strategic outcomes globally.

In this role you will own the customer relationship from CXO to IT teams, develop roadmaps, and ensure a superior customer experience while achieving revenue targets for licenses, renewals, and professional services.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
10+ years of client management experience.
5+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales experience.
Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team.
Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and serve as the relationship manager between clients and ServiceNow.
Lead virtual teams across Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services.
Oversee growth of global accounts with deployment of worldwide resources.
Build deep multi-tiered relationships from project/IT teams to CxO level.
Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services.
