Summary:

As a Cybersecurity Client Director at Beazley Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our cybersecurity solutions to enterprises, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals. This role demands a proven track record in cybersecurity sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  1. Identify and qualify potential clients in target industries.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  3. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  2. Understand clients' cybersecurity needs and propose tailored solutions.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on industry trends and best practices.
  4. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry developments.
  8. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Represent Beazley Security at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  1. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and a strong understanding of industry trends.
  2. Proven experience selling MDR/XDR as well as other professional services in a sales capacity.
  3. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
  8. French and/or German speaking. (Preferred)
