Control Now Ltd. is growing and seeking a confident Client Delivery Project Manager to own a portfolio of 10-15 client projects. This new role is the first dedicated PM hire and will shape a scalable, technology-enabled PM function.

You will collaborate with the Head of Delivery and domain experts to deliver client outcomes from day one. You’ll lead client meetings, manage plans and risk, and help build streamlined processes as the company transitions from startup to scale-up.

Are you a highly organised PMO Analyst or Junior Project Manager looking for your next step? Do you want a role that is 100% client-facing, where you can grow into a lead PM position?

Control Now is a growing RegTech SaaS business (est. 2017) helping investment firms submit complete and accurate transaction reports under EMIR and MiFIR. We are disrupting the market with our fully automated software and are currently transitioning from a successful startup into a scale-up.

The Role:

We are looking for a confident, proactive Client Delivery Project Manager to take ownership of an existing portfolio of 10-15 active client projects. This is a newly established function, and you will be our first dedicated PM hire.

This is a growth role. While you will be managing projects and leading client meetings from day one, you will also work closely with our Head of Delivery and subject-matter experts to shape a scalable, technology-enabled project management function.

What you’ll be doing:

• Client-Facing Delivery: Lead weekly project progress meetings with clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and act as the central point of coordination.
• Project Tracking: Maintain project plans, action logs, and ensure agreed milestones are hit. You'll be the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
• Process Building: Help us standardise our PM processes, templates, and reporting as we grow. We want to use modern tech and AI to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential delays and escalated them when necessary.

What we’re looking for:

• The Person: You are highly organised, confident speaking to clients, and possess a "solutions-focused" mindset. You take ownership and can work independently.
• The Experience: You have experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Junior PM role managing multiple workstreams.
• The Industry: Experience or a strong interest in RegTech, FinTech, or financial services (EMIR/MiFIR exposure is a plus, but we can teach you the technical side if you have the PM discipline).
• The Vibe: You want to build something. You thrive in startup/scale-up environments and aren't looking for a heavily bureaucratic corporate role.
