Job summary

Control Now Ltd. is growing and seeking a confident Client Delivery Project Manager to own a portfolio of 10-15 client projects. This new role is the first dedicated PM hire and will shape a scalable, technology-enabled PM function.

You will collaborate with the Head of Delivery and domain experts to deliver client outcomes from day one. You’ll lead client meetings, manage plans and risk, and help build streamlined processes as the company transitions from startup to scale-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Junior PM role managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly client progress meetings and act as central point of coordination.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, and ensure milestones are hit.
• Help standardise PM processes, templates, and reporting with modern tech and AI.
• Identify delays and escalate when necessary.
