The Opportunity

As Head of Delivery, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end client delivery function, ensuring successful implementations while building the foundations for a world-class customer experience. Working closely with leadership, product, and technical teams, you'll play a pivotal role in translating client requirements into successful outcomes and creating a scalable operating model that supports continued growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from discovery and planning through to go-live and adoption
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives
• Own and develop the customer support function, driving service quality and operational excellence
• Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans and actionable workstreams
• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, automation, and scalability
• Drive a technology-enabled delivery model that enhances efficiency and customer outcomes
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and reporting to support continued business growth

About You

We're looking for an experienced delivery leader who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling business and can confidently take ownership of client outcomes.

You'll likely bring:

• A strong background in project, programme, or delivery management
• Experience delivering SaaS, fintech, data, or technology implementation projects
• A solid understanding of software products, platforms, and data-driven solutions
• Experience working with financial services, investment management, or related sectors
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Experience building or improving delivery and support functions would be highly advantageous
