Job summary

Jobs For Planet in London, UK, seeks a seasoned Technical Solutions & Client Delivery Manager to lead the Technical Solutions function and build a scalable Client Delivery organisation. This player-coach role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery for complex customer implementations.

You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, shaping processes, ensuring successful onboarding, and driving value from the platform for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or technical account management involving complex business processes.
• Experience in energy, commodity trading, banking, or a similarly complex industry.
• STEM education or equivalent quantitative/technical background.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or leading a team.
• Knowledge of a scripting language, preferably Python, for process automation.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end client implementation and delivery processes.
• Establish scalable processes, project discipline, and effective ways of working.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and intervene when needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Technical Solutions team.
• Allocate accounts and projects and optimise team planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
• Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Drive integrations and automation where appropriate, not an engineering role.
