Job summary

DMS Digital Group Ltd, based in Bolton, seeks a Solutions Delivery Lead to bridge Sales and Operations. You will own projects from sales handover to successful delivery, coordinating with customers, suppliers, engineers and internal teams on site surveys, documentation and planning.

This role requires hands-on delivery planning, risk identification and clear delivery plans to ensure projects run smoothly. You will be the central contact during planning and implementation, ensuring all

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating technical projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience conducting site surveys and requirements gathering.
• Ability to create professional project documentation.
• Good understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from sales handover to delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, suppliers and engineers to surveys and requirements.
• Develop project plans, scopes, schedules and delivery programmes.
• Identify risks, dependencies and installation challenges.
• Ensure projects are fully prepared before deployment.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits; manage expectations.
