Job summary

Constantinople is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to orchestrate the technical delivery management of client onboarding onto our platform. You’ll lead teams to execute client configuration and deployment activities, coordinating with clients and internal product, engineering, legal, compliance, and service teams.

3–5 years in technical program management roles in tech organisations.
Hands-on and execution oriented.
Strong problem solver.
Experience coordinating product & engineering teams and client stakeholders.
Ability to manage complex delivery dependencies and risks.

Responsibilities

Own the client delivery plan and ensure successful delivery.
Manage project plan with dependencies from product, engineering, legal, compliance, servicing and operations.
Coordinate testing windows, go-live, and cutovers.
Develop scalable playbooks and repeatable delivery framework.
Liaise with client stakeholders to align timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to configure on platform.
Balance roadmap with client needs and mitigate delivery risks.
