Job summary

Selby Jennings is recruiting for a senior Client Data & Intelligence Lead based in London. The role focuses on establishing and developing the firm’s approach to client data governance, ensuring high-quality client information across systems and markets.

You will work with Sales Leadership and Marketing to improve targeting, coverage and commercial effectiveness, leveraging data and CRM experience in an asset or wealth management context.

Qualifications

• ,7+ years of experience in client data, CRM, customer intelligence, data governance or related area.
• Experience in Asset/Wealth Management or financial services.
• Proven ability to improve client data quality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the client data strategy and governance model across Distribution.
• Define data standards and establish ownership of client and contact information across systems and markets.
• Improve client data quality, consistency and completeness.
• Develop client hierarchies, relationship models and segmentation frameworks.
• Build client intelligence capabilities to support targeting and commercial decisions.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to optimise client coverage and opportunities.
• Provide analysis to improve sales targeting and effectiveness.
• Drive data enrichment and automation initiatives to reduce manual work.
