S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Data Relationship Manager Team Lead in London to guide a team focused on building relationships with industry participants and supporting data growth. You will drive stakeholder engagement, oversee operations, and partner cross-functionally to enhance data coverage.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and strategic relationship management within a global data business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a team in a relationship management, client services, or account management context.
• Experience managing external stakeholders and developing professional relationships.
• Proven ability to drive performance and improve team effectiveness.
• Experience in financial services, data, or information services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Relationship Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key data partners and stakeholders; act as escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Oversee team activity, workloads, and priorities to meet business objectives; monitor performance metrics.
• Support growth initiatives to onboard and retain data partners and expand data coverage.
• Collaborate across Data, Editorial, Sales, Marketing, Events and Operations; share insights to improve outcomes.
• Identify process improvements and promote continuous improvement using technology and data-driven insights.
